Alright, so this week has taken a different turn than I thought it was going to. We got the transfer call and I am leaving Harrisonville after just one transfer and Elder Cope is going to stay for a 3rd transfer. I was transferred to the Tiffany Springs ward in the Platte City stake with Elder Fowlks. He is from Murray, Utah and has been out about 15 months, just one transfer shorter than me. I was also asked to be a district leader so basically I help coordinate the missionary work for about 4 companionship and conduct a district meeting each week. So this week has had a lot of change and quite a bit of new responsibilities, but it should be good!

On Monday we had a really cool dinner. A family allows us to come over for dinner each month and invite every investigator or less active that we can. We had a fairly good turn out. It went really well.

Tuesday we drove out in the boonies and tried people out in the middle of nowhere. A lady let us hold her baby goats :) It was awesome, they had little vests on them to keep them warm.

Wednesday we call the pack list so we spent the day packing and visiting people. We had a really good lesson with a part member family that shows some potential.

Thursday I got my new companion and was transferred to my new area. It is in North Kansas City. We have 3 solid investigators. Two of them have dates for the 20th and 27th of May and are super excited to get baptized. It is super awesome. One of our investigators is from Liberia - he is super cool. So we have been running around like crazy people teaching and helping people move and talking to everyone we see.

It's been an adventurous week and probably will continue to be so in the coming week. Thank you so much for all the support and love.

This week has been awesome! We have been walking (because we are short of miles) and talking and preaching the gospel. Even though not very many people want to listen to us, we have had some very spiritual encounters with people and have been able to bear our testimonies.

We went on exchanges this week and Elder Garrison came to Harrisonville with me. That day our 1st counselor in the bishopric asked for our help moving a recliner. We said yes and then it turns out that we were driving to Overland Park (about 50 min away) and bought a chair from a lady and then took the chair to an older lady in Harrisonville who needed a chair replacement. She couldn't close the recliner once we got it open for her. So we had to construct a footstool out of a wooden chair and some blankets. It was fun.

We had a good district meeting although I had to give a training about setting goals. It was so much fun... I basically just used scripture stories. It was actually pretty good.

It has rained for the past 3 days straight. I love the rain but it makes contacting people hard. Nobody is outside and no one wants to answer their doors, so we got kinda bored this week but it has been pretty good. We sadly haven't found anyone solid yet to be baptized, but we are working on it.

On Sunday they had us teach the Young Women and the Deacons about missionary work and the restoration. So we set up like a mini MTC and had them do a bunch of role plays and practice sharing the gospel with their friends. It was pretty fun, we got to play as investigators and they got to teach us.

Overall it has been a good week and being a missionary is the best you should all do it!
Thank you!
